He is all I think and dream about.
My teenage heart beats only for him.
Until he becomes part of my worst nightmare…
Now, I avoid him.
I ban every thought of him.

Lacey lived in a camper. Her parents liked to move to different places. Lacey liked a certain boy named Seth. Lacey would walk to the bus stop early just to watch Seth walk to the bus stop. Lacey would greet Seth’s father in the mornings. Seth’s father was a writer and walked early in the mornings.
One day news spread that girls were missing. Not thinking that Seth’s father was involved, Lacey greeted him after walking home from the restaurant where she worked. Seth walked Lacey to her camper not knowing what would happen to her later.
This story is a young adult story that has horrific moments along with mixed feelings of the characters. My emotions were all over the place for Lacey. I felt for her and at the same time WTF moments. I wanted to shake some sense into her. Seth- I felt for him because he had absolutely nothing to do with the drama and wanted to help Lacey.
The real hero of the story would be Seth’s aunt. God had to have sent her for Lacey. Somehow she must have known Seth’s feelings for Lacey without getting involved. Loved the HEA!!
Reviewer’s Note: I’m not a fan of young adult.
